Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Le Festival acadien de Clare in 2025, a celebration of Acadian culture and heritage SINCE 1955! The Festival acadien de Clare is the world’s oldest Acadian festival. Mark your calendars for July 26 to August 6 and August 15-16, 2025. Many activities for people of all ages take place throughout Clare, providing visitors the opportunity to visit and experience every part of this picturesque and culturally unique region.

Parade watchers gather from Little Brook to Université Sainte-Anne, Church Point, to cheer for creative floats, lively marching bands and much more! Follow the parade to Université Sainte-Anne to enjoy free activities, family-friendly shows and the outdoor bazaar!

 

Laugh out loud at a dinner theatre!

St. Mary's Bay has a rich tradition of presenting comedy dinner theatre. Hilarious local comedians, delicious food... what more could you want?

Enjoy a taste of Louisiana in Clare during Cajun Night!

When Acadians meet their Cajun cousins, you just know a great time is in store! Come two-step and waltz the night away with Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys from Louisiana, savour a delicious gumbo and laissez les bons temps rouler on Friday, August 1st !

Party at the “Grou Tyme"!

On Saturday, August 2nd, enjoy a music concert featuring some of the best musicians in Acadie. The headliners will be Vickie Deveau, local group Doucet, and Radio Radio.

Make some noise at the Tintamarre on August 15th!

The Tintamarre is a celebratory parade, where revelers make wild noise using everything from noisemakers and horns to pots and pans. Visitors can join or cheer the car parade. Details for the 2025 event will be announced online. Follow Clare Recreation on Facebook to hear about it first!

New for 2025: Festival Cultural Expo!

A mini version of the CMA’s Cultural Fair “Échange” during the August 15th weekend! This new event is a celebration of all things Acadian, including culinary demonstrations, vendors, exhibitors, artwork, workshops and performances. Stay tuned for more details!
