November 17, 2022. LITTLE BROOK, NS. Some 14 food and beverage entrepreneurs in the Municipalities of Clare and Argyle are upping their game through the Clare-Argyle Culinary Enhancement Program.

SAULNIERVILLE, N.S. — Normally at this time of the year organizers for the Gran Fondo Baie Sainte-Marie – the September cycling event held in Clare attracting up to 1,000 cyclists from all over North America – are lining up volunteers and ordering hundreds of jerseys for their popular road cycling event.

Figuring out how I’d complete the Mezzo distance of 88.5 km was lost under the dream of guiltlessly dipping chunks of lobster into a bowl of melted butter.
